Assistant Editor in Chief Think I posted in the wrong place :(
If we can nominate people to help with the running of TheCheers.org, I think Gemma should do it. She writes well and seems to have good ideas. Posts: 63 |

why not Of course she could - but for that she would really have to want it herself. And this again assumes she has free time to devote for the magazine. With this type of volunteer ventures, there are often more than one issues involved with such positions.
I will be waiting for assistant ed-in-chief applications for 3 more days and after that we'll probably make a decision.
Cheers

Assistant Editor-in-Chief Certainly Gemma is a good writer, but it takes more than a good writer to do this job. You have to also be a good editor because there are times (and many of them) when the editing falls on you. The most important of all is you must have the time to devote, and it certainly takes a good 10-20 hours per week to do this. I'm fortunate because I have no children to worry about, and I have a strictly 9-5 job, not everyone is so fortunate. Posts: 5 |
